Hey, So I'm a gay male aged 28. For years I've suffered rectal bleeding & I've had multiple surgerys in Australia (Botox injections, ect) so many that failed while waiting multiple years on the public health care list. I was wondering if anyone else has had HAL RAR? As a couple days ago I got my Haemorrhoid Artery Ligation & RectoAnal Repair (HAL-RAR), including perineal suture of rectal prolapse surgery. The findings on procedure was haemorrhoidal/rectal prolapse with a pelvic floor weakness. (Whatever the Heck that means.) I did bleed two days in a row when going to the bathroom but mind you I didn't understand walking around or exercise might've effected my surgery as I was pacing around the hospital ward for the two days in anixtey. As a gay bottom who's avoided having sex with human males for over 4 years because of this bleeding problem it's crippled my life and made me severely depressed. I know I shouldn't get my hopes up but has anyone else had success with this surgery before? if so how long did you have to wait for to have a normal sex life again?
