I'm concerned about these "growths" they have been increasing in number over the last several months. if anyone has any idea please post.

Some carry the HPV virus and not know.. you should have a doctor check it out .

Not curable but manageable
the virus can be cleared from the system within a couple years. but thats not a guarantee. the warts can be removed with various treatments. but there is no cure.
These definitely look like warts. I would see a dermatologist. I have heard apple cider vinegar soaks can be very helpful. Hope you feel better!
those arent skin tags my friend those are warts. you need to get them removed. and fingers crossed for the 2 year rule works for you.
also it looks like you have been scratching them because some are bleeding, try not too it can help spread them if you itch and they bleed.
your partners may have had such small ones he/she hasn’t noticed. also, you can carry hpv and not show symptoms.
