I'm 22y gay guy , been sexually active with only one guy in my life. I had unprotected sex for the first time with him and 3 weeks later i had a wart on my penis shaft , i was the top in this case. Used podowart paint and it disappeared. now i had anal sex with him and 3 weeks later i have anal warts. last month he had taken HIV and vdrl test because he frequently donates blood... both negative. he does not have any warts. What should i do ? Should i also get myself tested for HIV and VDRL ? i did get myself tested after first unprotected sex and it was negative.

if your bf doesn’t had warts, it is strange to have warts.
Also 3 weeks are too soon for warts to develop.

warts can take a long time to show. and someone who has hpv may not have any warts due to how long they can take to show. but can take 2 weeks to 8 months if not longer.
it would be a good idea to see a doctor in any case.they could just be skin tags due to the friction. all the best
