ive tested negative for hiv. i got tested for chlamydia & gonhrea. results next week. have not been sexually active since august & inly had sex once. i get these tears after bowel movements. i am scared this may be herpes. i have rash near vagina, im assuming i have an infection bc the tears and bacteria in and around area

im sorry to say jane that this looks like you have a case of genital herpes. My wifes sister has this & that picture you uploaded looks exactly like what she gets on & around her butthole when she has an outbreak. And its usually common for her to have an outbreak around time of her period.

really? i looked at herpes outbreak pictures & i dont have blisters or sores like that.. just tears after i poop, so im really thinking its anal fissures. but im still not sure.

But when i zoom in on the picture that you have uploaded, about 1/4 inch above ur anas (going towards ur lady parts) i can see some open blister like sores 2 of them next to each other. Looks exactly like genital herpes sores. Like you said, make sure you get tested for this virus, then go from there if its negative…

And again, those little sores im seeing above ur anas could very well be shaving sores also. You could very well be right & just have anal fissures. But get tested & move forward from there. Thanks so much for allowing our advice.
