Has anyone else expereienced a loved one totally change on this drug, and show no emotion, no affection and worst of all, No more feelings of love for their other half?
Hi,my partner of 9 years has behaved exactly like that,he's had a total personality change.He has severed all contact with me,changing his mobile number and his email address.I have been on fluoxetine for 3 months to try and help me cope with this horrible behaviour of his but it hasnt made me turn against him.I really hope it works out better for you than it has for me,keep in touch.
Boy, thats me too. My partner of 7 years has \"managed to gain the confidence\" her words, to up and leave. I know we had problems, but this is a turn around. she's out drinking nearly everynight and seems to have just managed to have no feeling anymore. Im now on it too to deal with this situation. What a mess.
I know,i cant believe how much he's changed,he's not the same person anymore and as a result has left without a backward glance.I thought i was a strong person,able to cope with most things but this has thrown me and im barely holding on.Yesterday my doctor upped my dose from 20mg to 40mg a day.i know there are some things that have to be faced in order to get through it and come out the other side but right now im just on autopilot.Im wishing my life away so that one morning i'll wake up with absolutely nothing on my mind but what to have for breakfast!
