I don't I have panic attacks everday and really bad physical symptoms, It's pretty much controlling my life.

What symptoms do you get? I also get anxiety and panic attacks everyday

Just jumping in on this conversation I too suffer from daily anxiety. I get random chest back pains and shortness of breath sometimes and high bp I feel like I'm going to faint. I never have. Somedays I'm fine and I think it's all over then out of the blue it starts again. Very scary. 6 years now.

Mark Have you had your thyroid homones checked , anxiety is one of the many signs and symptom of a thyroid disorder.
