Does anyone else suffer from tension headaches ? And feeling tingling and numbness in head ?
Omg it’s like your I mind ! I was about to Post about this. I’ve been dealing with this for the past three days. I randomly get like tingling or numbness in my head like the bottom or right side and it feels like the tingling or numbness goes in like patches or like crawls (idk how to explain ) it lasts like seconds but still scares me. And bc of that I get air hungry and I feel like I’m not breathing right which makes it worse...
