Hi i posted on here a little while ago but my ankle. In 2009 I broke, fractured and dislocated my ankle on a trampoline, and ive got pins in my ankle, im not sure how many pins I have as I was only 13 at the time. Any how, the past few months I have been having pain in my ankle, the muscles in my foot have always been tight (think thats what it is but cant describe it). The pin in my ankle rubs against most shoes. My lower leg aches too. I contacted my GP to be told its all perfectly normal and to just take paracetamol and ibuprofen which guess what doesnt help. I am so frustrated, i cant sleep because i cant get comfy at night because it just feels so uncomfortable but to be told i have basically got to just put up with it.
