Ankle pain from using hand???

I’ve been having issues with my right (and sometimes left) hand for nearly two years now. I’m a 25 y/o illustrator who didn’t stretch regularly or take breaks like I should’ve when I was actively drawing. It all started in the middle of 2018 when I started having discomfort on the outer side of my wrist. It progressed into pain and then I started having pain on the inner and outer sides of my elbow. I live in a foreign country, so going to the doctor wasn’t helpful even with a translator. A year later in 2019, I tried doing leg and hip stretches thinking it was my posture and not being active, but now my ankles are experiencing pain too.

For the last four months I’ve been stretching everything for a good hour everyday. I’ve also been doing wrist and elbow exercises. I’ve also been doing exercises to strengthen my core and knees. However, when I type, write or do wrist intensive exercises a point near my left shoulder blade or the inner side of my ankle starts hurting. There’s little to no pain with my arm though, but part under my thumb becomes a little tight.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
