Ive not been eating right for months all a want is coffee i dont feel hungrey and when a do eat its just a bite of very little

Hi Anne has something happened in the past that was upsetting did you used to have a normal appetite xx

your anxiety is affecting digestion ..

are you sleeping properly. . get proper sleep..

anxiety means too much energy is being consumed by brain , at expense of digestive system.

so .. relax first.. you need to tell yourself that you are more important than any problem of life..

we need to tell ourselves and know it that peace is more precious possession than anything else..

break the cycle of anxiety by deep calmness..

so close eyes.. and go deep into inner relaxation..

i personally like buttermilk .. mixed with ginger juice .. you cam mix what u like to make it more appetizing..

this will build up pro-biotic culture in digestive system,,

you can take fruit juice of your liking as well

or you can try hot soup also..

after meals (even if little) .. make it a point to relax for 30 min .. so that our life energy is not unduly withdrawn from digestive organs.. 

think and work from deep calmness, while being relaxed.

do not hurry/rush into things.. be a bit slow and in  poise..

 

 

My not eating is from anxiety. It makes me nauseated. I force myself as best I can. Eat lots of sweets and ice cream. Well not lots. Drink some Ensure. It's horrible. People think it's crazy as everyone else is trying to lose and I'm praying to gain. Anxiety is cruel. 

I've always eating small portion. I hv anxiety history and a week ago i had to do thyroid test cause i'm shaking so bad everytime i'm trying to sleep or when i woke up. The result came out normal. Doctor prescribed me propanolol 10mg and some b complex vitamin. She ask me to eat more, exercise, and refreshing. Do you thing it's the right thing?
