This random lump appeared a couple of days ago and is kinda painful if i apply pressure. its reddish and feels a little tender
These can be one of several regular things given the location - much of this has to do with the oils that are in the pubic hair area, for example, it is very easy for skin pores to block or hair follicles to become infected.
I would very carefully trim away the hair in the area and use a small amount of antibacterial wash such as a shower gel for a week or 2.
