Annual Physical in a Month/ New Doctor

Hello Everyone,

I am a 27 year old male, 175 lbs. I have switched doctors because my previous doctor always tried to push medication on me. I do not smoke nor drink alcohol. I do a lot of running and physical exercise. I eat as healthy as I  can although not perfect (I eat  fruits and veggies almost every day).

I haven't gotten a full exam in a while. I  have no health problems other than some gastritis that has been flaring up the past few months. I had a H. Pylori test done but the previous doctor never told me to stop taking the Prilosec I was on so I got what I believe is a false negative.

Anyway the new doctor wants to a full physical when I come in for my first visit including blood work, x-ray, maybe EKG. I am always nervous about these exams because I am afraid they might "find something" and it will be too late.

How have any of you overcome these fears?
