Hey I get shakey dizzy n wierd head sensation that were lasting 24/7 but it's wearing off since being in my meds and like u I'd moan about it constantly to my hubby because it would scare me so bad x
You are so lucky that you have someone in your life.I get all the same feelings and there is no one here, which makes my anxiety levels rise considerably. What I do that the better you can sleep, the better you feel the next day.Easier said than done.If I don't sleep properly I am in a fog the next day snd then ai get so many symptoms of anxiety.
Hyperventilation is rapid or deep breathing that can occur with anxiety or panic. It is also called overbreathing, and may leave you feeling breathless.See also: Rapid shallow breathing
Considerations
When you breathe, you breathe in oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide. Excessive breathing creates low levels of carbon dioxide in your blood. This causes many of the symptoms of hyperventilation.Feeling very anxious or having a panic attack are the usual reasons that you may hyperventilate. However, rapid breathing may be a symptom of a disease, such as:BleedingHeart or lung disorderInfectionYour doctor or nurse will determine the cause of your hyperventilation. Rapid breathing may be a medical emergency -- unless you have have had this before and have been reassured by your health care provider that it can be self treated.Often, panic and hyperventilation become a vicious cycle. Panic leads to rapid breathing, and breathing rapidly can make you feel panicked. If you frequently overbreathe, you may have hyperventilation syndrome that is triggered by emotions of stress, anxiety, depression, or anger. Occasional hyperventilation from panic is generally related to a specific fear or phobia, such as a fear of heights, dying, or closed-in spaces (claustrophobia). If you have hyperventilation syndrome, you might not be aware you are breathing fast. However, you will be aware of having many of the other symptoms, including
:Belching
BloatingChest pain
Confusion
Dizziness
Dry mouth
Lightheadedness
Muscle spasms in hands and feet
Numbness and tingling in the arms or around the mouth
Palpitations
Shortness of breath
Sleep disturbances
Weakness
I get tingleing in my lips all the time my doctor told me is due to hyperventilation from what i have read its all in the breathing
Hiya, I relly think if doc would agree 2 change my meds it would really help, I think being so scared at times doesn't help matters but its hard not 2 be scared xx
Hi, what a pity you don't have anyone with you as it does help even if they dont really understand what your going through, my sleep pattern went out the window weeks ago and is driving me mad and your right it has a massive impact on how you manage the following day xx
You're not ranting, Lesley it's scary when these happen. I shake all the time and can hardly walk due to being dizzy. Have you seen your doctor? They can help -if you've got a good one and one who will really listen to you.
Hi Clare, ive lost count of the times ive been 2 docs just seems 2 be a waste of time meds not helping any more, hope 2 get them changed soon xx
