someone please help me! I hate to be so bold but here it goes. I have a grade 3 cystocle with uterine prolapse . I am having vaginal hysterectomy with Anterior repair only. MY Question is how does it or does it improve your sex life? Will it help with loss of sensation. Everything I have read says posterior repair tightens but anterior does not so much. I am hoping and praying that it will improve mine I am miserable. I have loss of sensation and as awful as the sounds I just would like to hear somebody tell me that the type of surgery I am having will tighten and improve things...
I don't think it will change the size of it but it will make you feel more yourself in the sense of feeling more feminine and your libido should return in time
If you hoping for a smaller vagina for better sensation im m not sure if that hun.x

You won't have the bulge anymore which is great..but it doesn't make it that much smaller,only a back wall repair will make it smaller.. You will feel better feminine wise though hun.
I'm not ready for sex yet although I'm healed enough to..it's just confidence.xx
