Hi everyone, like lots of people with LS, I have recurrent bouts of fungal type infections of the vulval and anal area. Last time around - May - I was prescribed a one week course of Itraconazole and then topical Daktacort twice a day for 2 weeks. Ordinarily I would ask my consultant whether or not to repeat this treatment now that I have a recurrence or to try something new this time around - but she is away. I'd really welcome any views or general advice about keeping infection free. Every best wish.
