The DGL licorice will help with the heartburn which would help you to cut out the antacids. Also apple cider vinegar, it has to be organic with the mother still in it.
Yeah I did for a few weeks, yet I still had good and bad days. Thanks for all the help I think I'm going to go back to my diet and buy some probiotics and see how I go from there. It's just nothing seems to help it drives me mad some days!

I was tested for celiac disease which was negative but I suppose I could still have a sensitivity. Like I said I'm willing to try anything, what sort of foods would I need to avoid?
