can any one tell me if taking anti virals makes the condition worse? Ever since being diagnosed (a year ago) ive basically been on and off anti virals as i have constant outbreaks. The tablets work but as soon as i stop a week or so later they come back again.

I was wondering if im actually giving my body chance to fight off the infection properly in a hope to not keep getting them?

In my opinion, when the OB starts, endure the symptoms and let your immune system do the fighting for a while. Please know it that there isn’t a research to prove this.
