Well wrote here prob few weeks ago now, about coming off sertraline ,as it made my anxiety worse ,which a didn't think could be possible. It's been 3 weeks off it and I feel lots better but am still feeling very exausted and taking the odd dizzy spell and my senses are still heightend just wondering if anyone else had this or is it just my anxiety coming back like a feel so much better off the medication but still anxious at times... struggle also to stay sleeping at night.. I can get to sleep it's staying asleep that's the problem
Sounds like you are doing very well... I also felt like that when I came off my AD but it was manageable.. all I will say is try to keep all stressors at by... and really really look after yourself!
Unfortunately I didn't quite do this and it triggered my anxiety because my stress went to high.
Just keep chilled and let time pass until you settle 👍🏻👍🏻

Thanks Angel, just this exhaustion like a could sleep all day.. but impossible with three children.. hoping it passes.. that sometimes makes me anxious as a think is there something wrong with me or is it just my body trying to get back to how it was before medication...a was at doctors the the other day and he took my blood pressure and checked my heart and he said all sounds and looks healthy to him to up my water intake and If a don't feel any better to come back get bloods as I had just got bloods not that long ago.. my brain loves to torture me
No I felt exhausted!! Like really exhausted, I think it's really common, my friend at work has changed to sertraline and is exhausted too, it does pass!
Thanks for saying that makes me feel less worried now... a don't think I'll ever go on medication again they just where not for me a know they work differently for everyone..just need to push through the tiredness then it's so
Annoying as my body automatically goes into worry mode when a don't feel myself...trying to fight that tho
I think try not to 'fight' it, just feel what you feel and then let it go... like 'oh I feel a slight bit of anxiety' then just crack on with your day not thinking about it or fighting it.. that's what helped me! 😁
You'll get through the tiredness, have some vitamins and lots of water, earlier nights! Bit of TLC until you feel more balanced! 👍🏻
Thank you yeah I've been taken cod liver oil and magnesium lots of water just for short time see if it helps me any.. for some lavender the other day too as I've heard it's soothing not sure tho but I'll try anything lol
