anxiety advice

Hi all

just wondering  are there any bad foods for anxiety 

eating healthily is good for body and soul so I am sure your brain would benefit too from that.

Hi Kevin, I would say junk food is bad for anxiety infact it is bad for anyone. Eat a healthy balanced diet. Protein ie fish, meat, not to much red thou, cheese, eggs and pulses. Carbohydrate ie pasta, rice and potatoes. Fresh fruit and vegetables. Moderation of foods is the key.
