Anxiety again?

Hi I don't know if this is normal or something I should be worried about, just a little background about me, I'm 19 soon to be 20, female, skinny, I weight about 7 and a half stone. I've been having these physical symptoms for a while, went to the doctors and since then I've had a few ecgs, a few blood tests and a urine test, all come back normal and apperently I'm healthy and they said I suffer with anxiety and panic attacks. but sometimes I can see my heart beating, like I can see my left breast moving to the rhythm of my heart and when I notice it, I can't stop panicking, I'm pretty skinny so I didn't know if it was due to this and my anxiety, sometimes I become so aware of my heart and feel like it's beating way too fast even when it's not going above 100bpm, also another thing I experience is shakiness, if I'm kneeling my legs begin to shake and sometimes my legs shake when I'm lying down, I've not long started taking sertraline as well, I just need to know if this is anxiety and if it will improve

if your really skinny then you will notice your heart beating if your looking.

first things first get some meat on your bones. 7 and a half stone is really light and you will feel ill with it.

seeing your beat through your chest is normal. my issues started with heart anxiety and spilled out of control from there. anxiety can cause all sorts of symptoms and shaking is a classic symptom. you are young so you need to learn quick to manage it. sertraline when you start it will heighten your anxiety but it will go away when your body gets used to it. side effects are common but push through it. im on sertraline to and im finding it helpfull. i wish they gave me it when i was 19 instead of 34. if your tests are normal then your heart is fine and healthy( i know anxiety tells you otherwise and thats the hardest part. start doing things you enjoy. your only young once so dont miss out on good times instead of worrying about heart issues. the chances you having a heart problem at your age is really slim.

i really hope you over come this quickly and start to enjoy life as you deserve to .

hi, yes its normal to see your heart beating as long as its not at an abnormal rate of you feel faint etc. im not skinny and i can see my heart beating when im looking for it. anxiety is an awful thing to experience the physical affects can be even worse! im 30 and i’ve had anxiety from around the age of 7. my physical symptoms are scary and really do take it out of me…shortness or breath, chest and arm pain, back pain, headaches, palpitations the lot!! i have good days and really bad days. i suffer health anxiety and i worry and get anxious about my heart more then anything. my hormones (around period time) make my symptoms worse. id love to say it gets better but its all about managing it…talking helps! my mind makes me think all sorts…even as we speak im having burning sensation in my breast and straight away i worry. talking to someone really does help.
