Hi Dani,
I have recently made a full recovery from a pretty profound anxiety problem.
One option that is really quite effective is Transendental Meditation, it is more effective than medication at lowering blood pressure and will almost certainly help with your anxiety. In order to learn you need to visit a qualified TM teacher. They really will help you overcome this problem. It sounds all spiritual and farefetched but its a lot more scientific than you think; there is a lot of evidence suggesting its benifits now, also there is a fee for learning but it is so worth it.
sorry I ment by the doctor! I have tension in my head too and also down my neck, It will be the hormones and nerves! I was bad this evening I just went for a walk and calmed down! It awfull! is there anything on your mind or worrying you? that has a big effect and also because u feel all these strange feelings the more you think about them and worry the worse you make yourself. I bought calms before and have taken 2 it says 3a day ill take 1 before bed they seem to be doing something as I feel so chilled now! honestly try them they may work for you and they are herbal aswell not medicane! Have you been to visit your GP?
Also, with the feeling in your chest and heart. The mind and body are closely interlinked. One technique that should help alot is body feeling. When you get a sensation like the beating heart or butterflies in chest, do not try and run away from it. It is just a feeling, it cannot hurt you. What you must do is breath and focus all your attention on said feeling, the sensation will get worse for the first minute or so, but then it will begin to subside. Concentrate on the sensation as if you are writing an essay on it. When the bodily sensation subsides you will find that your mind becomes more relaxed too.
hope this helps some.
Ty I will try it so bu and what else?
I do the breathing thing all the time and I walk to and stress has a lot to do with it . That's high at my house all the time.
