Is it true anxiety can cause chest tightness breeifly for a second or two and cause jaw and arm pain as well ?
How often dies that pain comes?
This pain was random don’t think I’ve had it before . I get arm pain sometimes since I’ve been having panic attacks and I get chest pain everyday
Same I went to the ER on December I had chest pain I though my heart stop for a second they did ekg chest ultrasound blood test and x ray test everything was good then I went again 2 days ago because if the pain again and they told me the same thing that everything was okay I this point I'm losing my mind
Sorry rose it is not fun. I’m 22 and scared lol. I have been to Er 6 times had 6 ekg 6 blood test chest X-ray and ct scan on stomach and ultra sound on gallbladder and liver and all came back fine. I will get random sharp pain or just pain in general in chest and then today I was just walking across the shop at work and for about 1-2 second felt like my heart got tight and I got scared. It could have very well been my muscles or nerves causing this cause I have been worried for 5 months over this stuff and I also get this arm pain like I get punched in the arm or something and finger tips burn some times sometimes stomach pain like upper abdomen and some time jaw or upper back pain it’s just annoying
All what u describe goes with me can we say is aniexty I suffer from aniexty but never though it can goes to this point man everybody just look at me like if I'm making this up I'm 20 and I should not even shoukd be thinking that I'm about to die
