Does anyone else have a hard time swallowing because of anxiety...i have had constant anxiety for 2 months and the last week I have been having dry mouth and a hard time swallowing 😟

Yes ive had this many times over many years its definitely anxiety related.
Its very scary i know i remember i was having a neck mri , i was laying flat with my head strapped down the only way to get up or move my head was to buzz the mri tech lady .
Anyways that trouble swallowing came on it was horrible absolutely terrible
I find thinking about the sensation makes it stay and get way worse .
Its unbelievable the feelings anxiety can bring on .
I cant offer much advice but just your not alone on this one

It's my first time with this anxiety stuff and I'm 29 my mouth is so try that I have this weird red bump that doesn't hurt on my tongue.....have you ever had that?
Have you been diagnosed with anxiety? Meds can cause dry mouth too. If you are on. No meds and have a very dry mouth you need to ask your gp about auto immune sjogrens. I inow anxiety does weird things but it is also wise to rule out auto immune,try adding a little lemon to your water and eat cucumbers they hydrate nicely.
Yes just recently I was....had a medical scare and haven't been my self since was on lexapro for five days stopped that about a week and a half ago ....now on xanax prn 😣
