Been having shallow breathing for a month and a half with major stress and anxiety

Hi John,

Have you been to see your GP? &nbsp;It is probably best to make an appointment with your doctor and discuss your concerns with them. &nbsp;They should be able to confirm/advise if it is anxiety that you are experiencing.
