anxiety and loss of appetite.

Is it normal to have a loss of appetite with anxiety? Like I feel hungry but nothing will go down because I feel nauseous and if I try to eat I get chest discomfort.

Also areas adjacent to armpits get sudden slight pain. Is that normal with anxiety or can it be something else?

When I'm really anxious I start to eat then can't finish and it is very common with anxiety most people hold stress in their stomach,  also heart burn is common.  I have so many pains and tingles in my body I'm not sure what's normal and what's anxiety but I just figure it's anxiety making me hyper  sensitive of my body. Hope you feel better soon! Try some mindfulness meditation daily and  exercise.

it's so annoying trying to figure out if its anxiety or a real health problem. i'm trying to tell myself its nothing serious.
