Anxiety and needing some advice...

So I got up the courage to seperate from my husband because of his drinking problem. We have a 2 year old together and since the other day I've been so stressed out and having bad panic attacks. I haven't been able to eat, I just choked down a few crackers... I'm SUPER nauseated constantly. My stomache feels like its in knots and I cant get up and do anything without feeling off balanced. :(

you took a big step that was in the best interest of yourself and your child so give yourself some credit for that. I’m sure it’s a very stressful time for you.
it’s time to take care of you and your child. you have to start by making sure you take care of your health because if you don’t have that then your child won’t be getting what he or she needs from you.
Calming yourself down every morning, learning proper breathing method, would really be beneficial for you. There are some great short meditations for anxiety and panic it on YouTube that could get your day off to a much better start. there are also some meditations for anxiety and stress. I listen to these daily.
are are you able to get some counseling? That could help you give you some direction and help manage the anxiety.
do you have any family support? Friends? Just talking to someone else can help a lot.
