Hi I was put on 80mg of propananol and was to take one in the morning but my anxiety was worse at night I have terrible side effects with them and can't sleep does anyone else have bad side effects
Anyone ever had worst anxiety on Propanolol 10 mg 3x day? Just started it and I'm nauseated having terrible chest pain my anxiety is sky high on it and not sleeping . My doctor wants me to continue it and thinks it's just me needing to get used to it. I'm worried about my heart. Don't have high blood pressure have more low 110-115 just very concerned my heart flutters since taking it
Hi, the side effects at first were quite severe but the bonus was that my anxiety was sooo much better! This has been the best high blood pressure medication that I've tried in 9 years! Yes I still have a few side effects but I have learnt it's trial & error to see what you can put up with to enjoy a better life. Anxiety is so debilitating & if you don't suffer with it, can't possibly imagine how it affects you. My main side effect is exhaustion in the afternoons, a slight wheezy chest, sometimes cough. Lower sex drive & not being able to fall asleep/stay asleep all night. However I'm trying some natural remedies for that & they are helping. Perseverance is my advice & keep on swimming 😊
yes, i feel more anxious on propanolol than diazepam by a mile - i dont feel normal - everything and everyone seems surreal …
