The last few days my anxiety has been through the roof, I was taking fluextine 40mg but seen my doctor and he changed it to 60mg, right now in having trouble falling asleep and when I start to fall asleep it feels like I stop breathing and Im afraid I might not wake up
Hi I was on 40 mg fluoxitine and now in on 60mg a day its ya anxiety that's making you feel like that I still have odd nights where to scared to sleep just relax take deep breaths hope you feel better soon x
It makes me feel better knowing I'm not alone, I'm hoping since I just started the 60mg dose that I will get more relief, I just want to feel normal again

You’re definitely not alone my anxiety has been through the roof to the point where I think there is always something wrong and I get really scared close to bedtime 😕 it sucks and I’m scared to take pills as well it’s just a terrible feeling...I hope this will pass soon and I hope you can get through this also.
