Anxiety and weight loss. How to regain weight?

Hi guys. I’m new here. I wanted to see if anyone is or has dealt with what I am dealing with. In 2015 I moved out and started living on my own. I’m not sure what caused it but I randomly got severe anxiety when leaving my apartment. It was mostly car related. I stopped eating and everything. I hate even thinking about it. Flash forward to to 2017. I realized I had gotten super skinny and decided it was time to get my life back on track. I went from having panic attacks all the time to having none just from eating more than I was. Well it’s 2018 now and I still have anxiety on and off. I eat healthy and exercise but cannot seem to put any weight on. I haven’t been to the doctor (no insurance) I’m just curious if anyone else is like this? Super skinny because of the anxiety and can’t put the weight back on. I know I should probably go to the doctor but I still get panic attacks when I am in the car. I hate it. 

I also had anxiety , my whole entire life and couple months ago I just lost my   Appetite .... I barley eat anymore. I’m very skinny so the best way to regain is to drink food smoothies / fruit smoothies.
