Hi. I am new here. I've dealt anxiety for years already. I have been taking antidepressants for 3 years already and yes I still get attacks but it's manageable while i'm on the meds. Lately I noticed that I get attacks at night especially when I eat something and it happens after I drink my antidepressant because I take it daily every night and sometimes when i get hungry I eat and I usually eat after taking my meds and I noticed that I really get attacks especially when I eat something unhealthy. This is terrifying. I can't even imagine living without my antidepressant anymore :(
depending on what unhealthy foods you are eating, they are loaded with sugar, Caffeine or salt and overall unhealthy ingredients among other things. those ingredients are known to increase anxiety. Try eating healthier foods and you may notice a difference. Take care
