Anxiety at night. How to deal with it?

Okay, where to start. First off, I have some stomach issues dating back to when I was 16 and got an HPYLORI infection. I never had anxiety up to this point. The sickness scared me because I didn't know why I was feeling the way I felt, and i started to having panic attacks because the doctors needed to do tests before giving me a diagnoses. I also developed bad sinus issues because the old house me and my family were living in had black mold which messed with all of our sinuses. So here's the breakdown: I've been to the doctor over these issues, I was given antibiotics for my sinus issues, I was given nexium for "GERD" and was prescribed antibiotics anxiety meds. No specialist, no other options were given to me. I'm 24 now and still suffer from the same symptoms. Here are all of my combined symptoms of what I deal with on nearly a daily basis: my nose stays stopped up (closed off, not running) I have thick, white mucus draining in the back of my throat, causing me to drink a lot of water and trying to clear my throat all day. My tonsils are swollen, I can't breathe out my nose most of the day. I get these vertigo spells where I get motion sickness and the room is spinning. I can't move when this happens in fear of puking everywhere. I'm also having breathing problems, not sure if it's from the tonsils, the slight swelling of the throat, or the drainage or maybe something else. I also have pressure in my throat when I'm lying down on my back, so I have to elevate my head or lay to the side so I don't feel like I'm suffocating. I get indigestion really easily and have irregular bowel movements (diarhea and constipation are a regular occurrence) I can't eat "heavy" meals or I will have so much pressure in my stomach and chest that i can't breathe. I have the "thump" moving in my throat that scares me and happens sporadically (normally after I've eaten). I'm agitated and scared easily. Sometimes when I go to bed, as soon as I close my eyes I am jolted back awake with a rush of butterflies in the stomach and chest and a queasy feeling. Sometimes I feel like crying for absolutely no reason. Sometimes I get the scared, jumpy butterfly feeling while being awake and I can't seem to stop the feelings. It usually causes me to have a bowel movement. The medicine I was prescribed doesn't help. I feel like my doctor doesn't take the time to really understand my issues and doesn't care. Any advice?
