I woke up this morning in so much pain in my chest!
I was worrying a lot last night about a little lump I found on my leg so I don't know if that bought this on?
The pain is horrendous! Radiating all over my chest, to my back and neck! Calmed down slightly now, but every time I lean forward it hurts and I can feel my heart beat?! Is this normal?!

I suggest you visit the nearest Emergency Department and get all this checked just to make sure it is nothing physical. Chest pain can be brought on by many things such as gastroesophageal reflux disease, embolism, coronary artery disease or anxiety. But anxiety is a diagnosis of exclusion though. Get a thorough check first.
Sorry I should've said! I've had all kinds of tests and everything's normal! Has bloods, ECG, ultrasounds

Sometimes we can feel our heart beat or see a movement on our chest, this can be normal. Sometimes I get the same when in bed when the house is quiet and I get a beat in my ears as well.
Little lumps can be fatty lumps, although if you feel the need to see your GP about above make that appointment
