anxiety attacks

hello everyone, am happy to land on this site coz it is similar to what i feel but i feel mine is like witchcraft, i have been experiencing tingling on my feet heart racing so fast shivering, it's been a year now since it started i have been diagonised with stomach ulcers,, so my question is does anyone go through what i go through or its just me alone, i wake up at night from deep sleep feeling so weak on my muscles heart racing and sweating, also can be accompanied by tingling which freaks me out and feel like am going to die.. after some time the weaknes goes away and tingling too then i start shivering with my toes all sweaty. i cant even go to the shop i always get phobias that that tingling and heart race may come while am on the road., it's been a year without going to town, the farthest i can go is just around the compound, i cant even date or have any relationship am 26 years now, am also afraid to have sex or get a kid. most of times i feel weak when i do something like wash dishes or mop tge house. The moment i feel atlist energetic i walking almost to the shop then a feeling comes feeling like am weak and heart race and out off breath, CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE AND ADVICE ME WHAT TO DO,and will i ever get well again or this is the end of my life, am a kenyan girl, anyone who is going through the same can reach me on whatsapp +254 756266894

You sound like me :-)  Advice is 1)get checked out to rule out health problems.  2) Along with heart and lung tests get checked out for acid reflux disease.  Anxiety can cause the disease and the disease can cause all your symptoms.  It is like what came first the chicken or the egg.  3) You mentioned waking up, get a sleep study.  Your body produces important mood hormones when you sleep. Sleep disorders like sleep apnea can play a role. 4) Eat healthily and slowly push your limits until you have a new norm of being comfortable.  Walk just a little more each day.  If I get too nervous walking I lift objects just to get some exercise.  5) Get therapy and learn coping skills.  6) If all else checks out ok try meds.  I just noticed where you are from and I know nothing about your medical system and what access you have.  You are young and your symptoms do sound like anxiety and panic attacks but I am not a doctor.  I myself deal with all your symptoms too.  The symptom of cold or tingling feet, hands, and noise are typical for high adrenalin panic attacks.  This is called fight or flight and the adrenaline release causes your body to be ready to run.  It cuts off blood flow to body parts that are not needed to provide extra oxygen to your muscles.  It also why your heart may race. Your sense also becomes more aware.  In this state, muscles become super ready for action so they twitch and shake.

What helps people is different.  I myself am not doing that great but what helps me the most is distractions.  Having a conversation with somebody, thinking about something fun or a good place, doing math in my head.  Anything to keep my logical brain active rather than feeling raw emotions.  Some people will relax with deep breathing technics but I find that I get too paranoid about my breathing.  If I keep my mind busy with thinking my breathing is mostly normal and natural.  What also helps is realizing this happened the past 10 times I walked passed this place and I survived.  Therefore I will survive this time also and these bad feeling are only tempory and will pass.  A video I watched on youtube that explained how the body overreacts helped me understand what was going on and just being able to make sense of all this weird stuff helped me be more confident.  Over time the feelings become less severe and you realize "hey that was not so bad."
