I am 20 years old, saturday i was diagnosed with a cyst on my ovary because i had blood in stool, back pain and pelvic and stomach pain, which was showed on a ct scan. I did blood test and urinalysis too and everything came back fine i guess. The doctor said everything was clear idk what that means?, my mom was with me and she told him i was scared of it being cancer and he said it is not it is common for people to have ovarian cyst and he has no reason to admit me to the hospital. The doctor said it could be related to endometriosis, which they suspected i had 8 months ago from an ultrasound. It was a little growing outside of my uterus. Im really worried though because i am having unusual symptoms right now! The ct scan also showed i had been “backed up” with constipation. So he prescribed me stool softeners which i guess is helping because i have went since friday but i dont go often. Like i normally do which is scary! It is almost like it is stuck because not much is coming out.....Before all of this i was having a cough and sore throat a week earlier and had been around my cousin who had bronchitis, but I also sleep with fan and cooling sytem on in my house. Sore throat is gone but i atill have this persitent hard cough, and i am coughing up thick spit sometimes it is green sometimes it is clear. I am so worried because monday i woke up with a fever of 100 and then it went down, i have been having beadaches and stuff and im so worried something is going on in my body i dont know and dont see! Or they are missing something.....right now my temp went up to 99.8 and im scared it is sometimes normal then i start feeling hot again and i am really scared. I dont feel sick but i am so worried i havent been eating alot and thinking so much. I have to follow up with ob gyn next thursday! I am so terrified of what can be found my mind is going completely crazy! Please help
DOCTORS WOULD HAVE CERTAINLY TOLD ME IF THEY FOUND ANYTHING WRONG RIGHT???
A cat scan is very accurate. It sounds like your anxiety is making you spin out off control. Anxiety can make your temperature to go out of control. The best thing you could do is go see another doctor for a second opinion just to ease your anxiety
I would say you just have the flu and it will have nothing to do with your cyst. If anything a simple chest infection
