Anxiety bloating and feeling breathless

The last couple of days I have woke up feeling like my stomach is bloated and I feel as if I can't breathe and my back and chest muscles feel very tense, I have spoken with my doctor in the past about feeling like I can't breathe and he assures me that my lungs are normal and I recently had a chest x-ray and the doctor who looked at my lungs said they were normal, could this be anxiety causing me to feel this way or something else, I have been under alot of stress lately and I'm worried I may have something wrong

Stomach bloating can make breathing feel a bit laboured. When I try to take a deep breath when bloated it feels horrible. It isn't dangerous but can feel scary and trigger anxiety. Do you have trapped gas in your stomach or intestines that is causing the bloating? Maybe you are eating something that doesn't agree with you.

Now days I watch what I eat because I recently found out that I'm lactose intolerant now even though I never used to, I have several days where I feel fine then I have days where I have trapped wind in my stomach
