Anxiety causing palpitations

anyone know of anything that can help with this like vitamins or minerals? Thanks.

Breathing. Use your belly. Anxiety triggers adrenaline rushes thats cause and effect of adrenaline. Eat balanced and healthy and keep hydrated. Its not as simple as popping a vitamin. Fresh holy basil sold in most markets eat about a half of a cup chopped it does  in thats calm the body and blood pressure.celery juiced about 8-10 ounces as well. Inch of ginger sliced and dip in honey and nibble down good for dizzy and inflammation.  Go for real foods over supplimets the bosy is designed to absorb those properly. Magnessium flakes foot soaks can calm palps.

Hi there, yes agree the breathing thing really helps, slow your breathing right down, brwath in through your nose, out through your mouth, both to the count of five, as deep ad yiu can and into your belly.

Also I do use vitamins, B vits, and magnesium, I always carry a bottle of Bachs rescue remedy as this helps, they do night one as well, all natural flower essences.

I also have used a method called Tapping, look it up on u tube, seems weird but really works.

Passi flora drops are also good.
