To start, I'm getting over a sinus infection, I havent had any congestion or coughing in my chest just basically a head cold. Well for the past 3 days I've felt this bad pressure like something is sitting on my chest and it's hard to take a deep breath in and it's a dull achy pain. Idk if it's reflux or gerd or something but I feel like I cant burp either like I feel like I have gas stuck in my chest or something but no matter how much I burp it doesn't help and now I'm terrified of what it could be..
im going through the same ,freaking out .LUMP in throat (i have had this for years on and off )i do have acid reflux but my chest feels tight in middle under my chest ,and like you say no burp relief .I FEEL IM getting a bit of regurgitation had this before chrismas .Ido feel my sinus s are bad full painful forhead feeling
Hi this could be a chest infection especially if you are coughing up coloured gunk. If you think it is you might need antibiotics so see your doctor. It is very unlikely to be anything serious. x
