ANXIETY COLD RUSHES?!?!

I've been having cold rushes lately and more so when my anxiety is really bad but it's a lot of the time during the days I don't notice it but must be due to distractions etc but at night is the worse I feel lately cold rushes in my legs mainly but sometimes back and body etc I get stinging to sometimes but like small pinches sad it's also incredibly cold outside lately so it's most likely that but I have sat near the radiator trying to see if warming up helps and it's better but not by a lot sad is this something that can happen? I've been doctors but they instantly assume anxiety and when I ask for tests to make sure my gp's say that there's no any tests

Perfectly normal symptom of anxiety

You know last week for a couple of days i felt so unbelievably cold out of nowhere i went under two blankets still was freezing. Really freezing. It has since stopped. So ill go with this is most likely an anxiety symptom. I wasnt sure myself if it was low blood sugar or anxiety.

Unfortunately another horrible symptom of anxiety... Try coping skills to take your mind away from the feelings.

Anxiety is a feeling and it cannot harm you , all the physical symptoms are horrible but try not to give them mind space... distract your self all the time this is just anxiety i can deal with this.

It is amazing how turning our thoughts around on a regular basis really helps the anxiety to subside.

Good luck...

PS on days when the cold feelings are worse.. put a couple of extra layers on and keep going xxx

It's an anxiety symptom. I have it too. I get really cold out of nowhere,it's also cold outside and I keep thinking that but it still freaks me out. Also get like weird tingles and pains in legs, hands, everywhere. Really freaks me out but that's just what anxiety does to you. Try to get your mind off of it and relax. I know it's not easy but you have to distract your mind as well. Best of luck and keep us updated!

Thank you so much for your. Replies I've started wrapping up more etc thing is I also don't wear hugely appropriate winter clothing like not the warmest of clothes but I never used to feel the cold when I was much bigger in weight so that's also something in need to work on I did take a look back and realise the times my cold rushes are the worse is when I'm aggitated and stressed but during the days with distractions I'm fine mainly with social interaction but yeah defo has to be anxiety as it's pretty much 95% of the time I'm getting cold rushes when I'm on my own and usually anxious or aggitated
