Do u suffer with a feeling of your not really there like u live in a daze/bubble and your half aslwwp /foggy. It increases when I'm in situations but reminds on a constant level too all the time unless fully distracted
Been on fluoxetine 7 weeks and I blame them but I did have these feeling before the meds so......
Its really bugging me and getting me down.
I also believe been disconnected is a sign of depression too.
Hi yes this feeling your experiences is all normal with anxiety. As for your med's 7 weeks is still early days. Give them a few more weeks. If you still can't see any improvements ask your doctor about sertreline i found they work better for me. I was on the same as you at first but my brain felt like I was going crazy. Everyone is different to medical. Try to rest and tell your self it's that bloody anxiety trying to get me. Fright back in time you will control the attack s thinking about it will make you feel worse. Remember you won't die even that you think you are.
Its better now on meds I don't freak out but I'm on this constant spaced out level. Before I was not with it at all I couldn't make a meal or do anything it was awful. I was having a stressful time and that set it off but I'm OK now and 3months later my body is still like this
Unfortunately second time round sertraline made me very poorly, saved my life first time within two weeks 7 weeks seems ages I thought it would b getting rid of it now.
Thank you for ur reply and reassurance it really helps as i do feel crazy at times xx
