Anxiety /Covid

Hi,

im new to all these mad symptoms of anxiety.
ive been given diazpam

I’ve had chest pains or tightness on and off now since all of this. if its not that its tight chest, shortness of breath ect. had loss of appitite, dizzyness last week.

They are not constant I have a oxygen checker and blood pressure monitor.
Does anyone else get these pains? Is this normal for anxiety or should I be worried…

if my blood preesure and oxygen levels are fine could i have pneumonia?? no cough, no fever.

my head is crazy with worry, ni matter what anyone says..

first of all ignore the idiot that commented mentioning Covid he clearly did not read your post and clearly does not understand anxiety.

So your doctor prescribed you with diazapam which should take the edge off the anxiety at its worst times ! They problem you have is quite simple really and you do need to follow some advice ! practice mindfullness, yoga, cbt, and the most important thing is to exercise !

You are in a vicious circle because you have anxiety its that simple but you dont see it because you dont belive how powerul anxiety is ! you have an oxygen meter becauase you have anxiety ! you check your blood pressure because you have anxiety, you check your heart rate because you have anxiety, you post on here because you dont 100% believe your doctor that you have anxiety but guess why ? because you have anxiety.

At my worst point i bought a oxymeter i bought a heart monitor i had a blood pressure meter i posted on here everytime i didnt belive a doctor, i had shortness of breath every day palputations everyday, chest pains and tightness everyday, sweating and overheating everyday feeling like i was going to die or go crazy everyday !

i followed all the advice now i excercise everyday i practice mindfulnes i do yoga i dont take any medication and i am doing fantastic ! i dont use a oxymeter or a blood pressure meter because im not a doctor and neither are you !

good luck take the advice please and dont listen to idiots listen to doctors and people who have been through it

Hiya. First things first… Get rid of you BP monitor and oxygen monitor. Your making a vicious circle of health anxiety for yourself… Like I did lol… Secondly… Try not to worry, if you worry you make yourself anxious, again like I do. Its all normal and part of it

You sit are 100% correct
