Hello I work at a vitamin store and I have been on celexa on and off but my mind hasn't been clear for awhile and I have been noticing depersonalization like its weird to talk to friends I feel like I'm gonna say something and ruin the relationship but anyway I was reading about taking 5 HTP with b6 and maybe also taking some lions mane I've heard it has some great feedback on brain fog and clearing up the mind to think clearly. Has anyone taking these supplements please let me know thank you!

i take vitamins b6 b12 and d3 not geard of lioms mane to be honest i take magnesium also xx
I have heard about the 5-htp but thought it was to help sleep at night-- not sure.. I take Vit D, magnesium with some other things.. Vit B is also good.
