anxiety/depression

Do this ever get better

yes.

There are so many people who have or had anxiety.  Here are a few:  Donny Osmond, Paula Dean, the medium, Oprah, Caitlyn Jenner, Emma Stone, Johnny Depp, etc.

Focus on adapting to this condition first. This is how I get by -- even with the worst physical symptoms.

Thank You some days are good and some are bad.....

Yes! I have had anxiety for almost 10 years (I'm 28 now). And it has definitely gotten better in the sense of how severe it is. It never fully leaves, sometimes it goes away a bit and sometimes its full on - it comes in waves for me. But when I first experienced it, it was almost debilitating and I was always very scared and confused. Now after all this time of having it, I (unfortunately lol) am getting used to it. I'm learning to cope and when a bad attack comes I just remind myself that I know what it is and it will pass. I see a therapist too which helps a lot. My mom has struggled with anxiety for over 30 years and she also says she has learned to live with it over time and how to not let it effect her so much. It's not easy, but its doable!

Most people with Anxiety also Depression do get better, while others seem to go through positive or negative periods throughout their lives. The  smallest number may be troubled throughout their lives, that is rare

You may rely on medications although people with above sometimes needs to divert negative thoughts and try and control the negativity we can all suffer from.

Look for ways to divert these negative thoughts, many of these problems need to be approached by the sufferer and with help can turn their Depression and Anxiety around. Mental health concerns are not always negative, positive things can brought about and many will and do help themselves.

We can of course sit in the house and mumble and grumble  You can undertake some interests you enjoy and try and meet people who are like minded and will give you encouragement to move on

Yes it can and does get better, although it needs your own help and that of Health Professionals to move you on. You need to feel determined to make those changes in your life
