hey guys, I just want to know if this is normal for anxiety or depression but does anyone experience this when they have a mental health lapes that they dont feel like them self an feel like I’m in a dream an I know it’s me talking and walking but I feel like abit it ain’t am I going crazy? or is this part of anxiety or depression?
Both apparently can appear together during peri/meno. I had both severe when peri hit for me. It has eased but, I’m fighting it everyday naturally. I never had anxiety before peri and for me the depression came along afterwards unable to function or barely leave my house due to the anxiety. Lemon Balm Leaf works well for anxiety along with Gaba. I just bought some ProEstro recommended from another lady on line hoping to balance my hormones in order to eliminate this. Hang in there. You are not alone waiting for it to pass and your not crazy. It’s hormones. Hugs!!
I just started Ashwagandha, i feel like its helping with anxiety.
thank you so much it really helps to know I’m not alone going threw this just feel really out of it an not with it but I am if that makes sence! such a horrible feeling!
yes, this is called depersonalization/derealization and is very common with anxiety sufferers. I am going through it right now and I know how bad it is. It seems to be much more prevalent for those with health anxieties. Because we are perpetually checking in with ourselves and looking for problems. Excessive worry can cause the brain to go into a protective mode in which you feel removed from yourself or reality or both.
I personally believe everyone experiences these times regularly (to varying degrees), but never give it a second thought. Us anxious people overthink it and analyze it and obsess so it gets worse and worse.
this is normal for someone who has anxiety or depression or both, this is my life everyday and i cry when i dont feel like myself its call depersonalization, if u over think it will worst.
but I Dont think its depersonalization or dereluzation because I’m not having outta body experiance I just feel numb not with it and not myself.
Makes total sense. It is a horrible feeling. That’s putting it lightly. Try the ProEstro I’ve been taking it 2 days and I’m starting to feel better. You have to give it about a month but, again good reviews and it has the right herbs in it to tackle this nonsense. Take Care…
I tried that. Didn’t seem to help me but, that was early on when peri hit. I don’t think anything would have help me when this hit. On these Pro Estro pills just a couple days and I’m so hopeful. I feel calmer than I have in 9 grueling months of this and I’ve tried everything.
its depression
yes, my problem is domi do what dr says and take anti depressant as tried before and it didnt make a great difference, he said not high enough dose.
