I’m having anxiety over this I swallowed my two magnesium capsules with activated B6 in them and about 5/10 mins later I belched a sweet powdery spray belch up in my mouth that’s never happened before ever! It’s been a day 
I pray those capsules with the magnesium with activated B6 didn’t bust open when I belched the spray powdery sweet in my mouth get in my lung or whatever today’s has my anxiety high .. that has never happened before and I been taking them for over a year or so
I do not know about those pills but i am so familiar with anxieties but please don’t worry too much but I would just reach out to the doctor who prescribed them and see what he or she tells you
I wasn’t prescribed from doctor, It’s magnesium with activated B6 that I buy and take helps with bowel, blood pressure, and calm.

Hi there, I used to own a health food store and I can honestly say I’ve never heard of activated B6 capsules. Anyways if you did suck some powder into your lungs you more than likely would feel it and be coughing and choking like mad. If you have any cough or extra mucus or have a hard time breathing or are just extra concerned I’d go see a doctor right away. No point worrying yourself sick about it. You probably have enough to think about with DD. Good luck. Take care
It’s “magnesium capsule” with activate B-6 1mg in it, it’s mostly magnesium it helps with bowels and lots of other things. Thanks for advice, There was no coughing, except when I made myself, that was yesterday so don’t know weather to take them today or not.
