Hello everyone,
About 6 months ago I found out that I have anxiety, and ever since, it has been a rollercoaster. I can go weeks without experiencing any anxiety, and then suddenly it hits again. My main symptom is palpitations, and it really bugs me. I’ve been to the doctor countless times, but I still can’t stop thinking that there is something seriously wrong with my heart. I want this feeling to go away, but I don’t know how. Can you all offer tips on how you manage your anxiety? Thanks
I already do that, sometimes it helps, other times there is no change
How about therapy or CBT. Have you spoke to your Dr about different things you could try.
Anxiety medications can ease symptoms, but they’re not right for everyone and … However, they are physically addictive and not recommended for long-term treatment. You should try cbd oil, or cbd spray. CBD helps treat anxiety. You can always put it in your purse and it’s NOT Addictive. Just hard to purchase, because always sold out. My favorite is this one https://bit.ly/2AqEi2r it helps a lot.
I had the same worries! Even saw a cardiologist to make sure it wasn’t heart related. Although there were minor issues with my heart mostly it was just anxiety related and they went away when I took medication.
If you’re suffering, medications might be for you. There are clear risks (addiction) but they may help you live your life.
I only started having anxiety 2 months ago. When it’s really bad, I have come to accept I just have to take my pill, without judging myself. Since it’s very new for me and came late in life, I am hopeful I will be able to get off the drugs at some point when my life conditions are different (hopefully soon!). But for now they get me through.
