anxiety effects

Hi All

I hope ur all well! I have been really good lately but I just want to know does anyone suffer with their legs through anxiety! Since my violet panic attack on the 27/7/14 my legs have been in bits it's like I've walked miles and they ache and just feel heavy and have lower back pain! Please tell me am not the only one who has this!

Ur not alone Kevin I get that aswell

Yup i get back pain and occasional discomfort in other places like upper chest, shoulders etc.

hi kevin,  no you're not the only one with wobbley legs, mine have a mind of their own, and we don't agree on where they are going to go, ,don't know where you are, but I have what I call drunk  Andy Pandy legs. I'm in uk, A.P.  is a puppett,  and I have this strange way of walking, feet are like flippers sometime, every day feels like I've run a marathon, mine has been caused by medication, do you take meds.

Am on pregabalin and oxazepam when needed! My legs are shot to bits and keep thinking ive got cancer or something bad its driving me nuts

Hi man im the same....does any of you guys have problem of breathing? Its been a week i cant breathe...

hi kevin, think I might have replied to you before, pregabalin  has been really bad for me, I knew from first capsule I did not want to take this med, have most of the side effects in the printed leaflet, and a  bucketful not printed, took 28x25mg caps over 21 days, and am addicted, been trying to withdraw since mid july, hit and miss days, friday was reasonably good, but sat, sun, mon, were horrific. I don't think about what else it could be because I was ok before I took this med, my main problems are weak legs ,abdo pain, twitching, symptoms too many to list here, there was a brilliant postinga few days ago by paul 76608 if you can find it. you won't know you are addicted until you stop taking it.

hi again kevin, just scrolling through  for pain free withdrawal from pregabalin.  it seems that pregabalin is the new recreational drug, selling for £1. a pop in scotland.

Blinking hell lol

Your not. Recently aside from all the same leg issues your having I got scared in the shower as I felt nothing from waist down, like I had no legs, but I could walk. Very odd feeling of anxiety. It went away in a day.
