I'm in week 6 on femaston today anxiety so high and dizzy spells how long should I percivere

i was on femoston 2/10 for 5 weeks came off it because of bloating but believe this is a perimenopause sympton anyway? currently on patches & feel really dizzy, nausea & anxiety sky high feel like ripping them off :0(
yes that’s what I feel like but on the tabs docs have just told me to percivere but for how long.. anxiety is through the roof
Anxiety is a common HRT side effect. Some side effects calm down within 3 to 6 months . its up to you whether you can deal with the side effects that long.
docs always said 3 months to me but just couldnt do it, been on patches for 6 months different doses and feel awful, back ache, anxious, bloating still, nausea, no appetite, hot, cold, jelly legs the list goes on its miserable maybe hrt just isnt for me x
