Anxiety? Health anxiety?

Hi everyone.. I need some peace of mind about what I’ve been going through the last month.. I had gotten an “ear infection” August 6 which made me not be able to hear... after taking antibiotics I could finally hear. After I got better I noticed my hands were becoming shakey and I felt very panicky? I went to a urgent care and told me I was fine. Took a week off and I still was shakey, and started to have random head pains, and sore muscles. Went to the urgent care another two times and said I was fine. I had enough and went to ER and once again told me I was okay and to go to my primary care and see if I have anxiety or depression. I went to my appt and I tested very high for severe anxiety and depression. The entire month I’ve been expierinecing awful headaches every single day.. muscle pains, shakey hands, tingly body.. and I can’t help but google all my symptoms and worry sad I am terrified I have a brain tumor or cancer.. I am now on antidepressants but I still feel the same. Everyday I feel like there is no hope and that I am actually dying... Can anxiety cause all these symptoms? Especially headache? sad

10000% yes. It is amazing what your mind can do to your body physically and many people on this forum can attest to that. 

I've had fear of brain tumor and heart attacks, been to urgent care, and I've experienced all of the physical issues you described and muchhh more. Chest pains, my face has gone numb, arms and leg tingle, cluster headaches, horrible muscle tension in my neck/head, dizziness, nausea - you name it. All anxiety caused!

I see a therapist for my anxiety and it helps me a lotttt. I highly recommend seeing one!

Yes anxiety causes alot.of different symtoms

It feels so great to know I’m not alone!! I’ve literally been crying most days so afraid I’m dying or thinking I have a tumor! It’s so hard to even trust my doc sometimes. It’s crazy to think anxiety can cause numerous symptoms! My doc referred me to a therapist and I plan on going soon! Any other activities that help get through this? 

Anxiety can show several symptoms ...even all will confused .... First phase accept you are suffering from not cancer or heart disease . You have a disease called Generic Anxiety Disorder and you are under FEAR (False Evidence Appearing Real) . I am a person suffering from anxiety for last 3 years ... Now i am in second stage , even without thinking my body is getting anxious , looks like you are in first stage thinking and getting anxious ...

Try CBT cognitive course , so that i will not remove anxiety , but it will help you how to deal with anxiety ...

I also picked up a copy of this book, "Anxiety & Phobia Workbook (6th edition)" and I HIGHLY recommend reading it! I'm not a big book person but I wish I read this years ago, it is soooo helpful and actually really interesting too! I learned so much about anxiety and it also gives you tons of techniques to counter it like deep breathing exercises and meditation exercises, etc.

Anxiety can cause all your symptoms. I have them all and more! Except for the headaches. Exercise helps tremendously as it realeases feel good endorphins from your brain. I also do meditation and see a counselor. Hoping you feel better!

Hi Mind my asking you which antibiotic you took? It could be as a result of that.

Your mentioned symptoms are anxiety symptoms. Anxiety can leads to more problems in life. Therapists are the best option to cure anxiety problems they uses different-different therapies to treat anxiety and related issues.

what meds are you or have u been taking may I ask/

I aked you to stop replying to me. Your advice is close mined and you think you are an expert on psychotropic meds! I am the nurse with 24 years of experience with 2 in psych. And I don't make the uncalled for comments you make. You say you help, but you are antagonizing me when I am at the moment in a hughy anxiety and deoressive state. Please keave ne alone and stop your worthless comments. ENOUGH

have u tried cbt, mindfulness, yoga, hope u feel better soon.x

Any headaches should be discussed with a dr.
