Hello,
We all know that at times of anxiety reassurance and support is so important. You will be fine and you have been fine, so don’t get too concerned and try your relaxing techniques. Breathing exercises, meditation, warm bath, good long walk in the countryside if possible.
However, my friend, you must take your meds regularly and consistently. Whatever it takes. Set a calendar alarm or put your pills in a key box, so you don’t leave your accommodation unless you’ve taken your meds.
These meds take time to build up so MUST be taken regularly. They are not like paracetamol.
Sorry if this advice seems harsh but really you must take your meds each day and everytime (please). Within a week you will be much better and you will have learned a valuable lesson.
All the best, R

thank u so much for the support i really greatful for the response , but how long you think i would be like this for? and just asking once again for comfort.

Hi there. I have had the same issue - unsteadiness and dizziness for years with my anxiety. However I never took medication. I’ve learned a lot about the brain, the body, the central nervous system (balance) and how our thoughts impact all of these areas. My ENT and Opthamologist diagnosed me with visual vertigo (busy areas like malls or a store can trigger my dizziness), among other situations, so I’m going to start doing visual therapy with my eye doctor. However, when I feel the daily unsteadiness due to my anxiety or my eyes, I do a lot of deep breathing and stretching exercises and that has helped me. It doesn’t take it away completely, however it helps me calm down and bring perspective that this is all anxiety related. When our brains are over-stressed, it causes misfires in our brain and that causes all sorts of issues. I recommend the video (on youtube) “Beyond Stress and Anxiety” by Standard Health Care. It’s an incredibly insightful and educational talk from a dr/professor about how our thoughts/stress impacts our bodies and brain. I hope you can watch it!
