hey guys ive had this for along time now if i have something to do the next morning like a meeting or even just going to my job i get extremely anxious no matter how simple the thing i have to do is. I always worry about the things that can go wrong like getting fired. my anxiety caused me to lose my job as the constant anxiety would give me no motivation to do anything. i have a meeting in 6 hours and i cant sleep due to being really anxious. is there a way to relax my brain so im not constantly worrying about the next day and i can just take things as they come.

I like you, find it hard to switch the brain off. Some go for runs or do OCD things. It may work for you. I wish I could help. All I can say is you are not alone.
I take sleeping pill that do sometimes work. And then some take beta blockers before meetings that usually helps. It all depends on how strong yours feelings are. But obviously only doctors are allowed to advise on meds
